We've received a lot of questions regarding what constitutes emergency treatment so we hope that this blog post will help answer some of your questions. We are following guidance from the American Dental Association and the Nebraska State Dental Board.
Emergency Treatment Includes:
Treatment for any urgent dental care need will be determined by our doctors using an individual care plan for your child. For all of the issues listed above, we ask that you please CALL our office at 402-330-5535 and follow the prompts to leave a voice message on our emergency line. These messages are checked frequently and returned promptly. We have very limited staff in the office and cannot guarantee a prompt response via email or Facebook.

- Uncontrolled Bleeding
- Dental Trauma Involving the Bone
- Fever and Swelling Inside or Outside your Mouth
- Severe Pain not Resolved by Ibuprofen or Tylenol
- Abscess
- Tooth Fracture
- Soft Tissue Trauma
- 3rd Molar Pain
- Dental Trauma Including Teeth That Have Been Moved or Knocked Out
- Dental Appliance That is Causing Discomfort Including Spacers and Expanders
